Delivery policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy covers purchases of an OTPHop license from otphop.com. OTPHop is operated by Edo Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADA-3968), based in Hyderabad, India. Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., United States) is the merchant of record for every sale.

1. What you buy

You buy a license key for OTPHop. Nothing is shipped. There are no physical goods.

2. How you get the license key

When your payment succeeds, the license key appears on Gumroad's receipt. Gumroad also emails the receipt and the key to you. Enter the key in the OTPHop app on your phone to unlock the app.

3. How you get the software

• The browser extension comes from the Chrome Web Store.
• The Android app is a direct APK download from the download section of this site. You can download and try it without paying, and the download section shows its SHA-256 hash and signing certificate fingerprint.

4. If something is wrong

If the key does not arrive, or the app does not accept it, write to support@otphop.com. Include the email address you used to pay. You can also contact Gumroad about your payment.
