Refund policy

This policy covers purchases of an OTPHop license from otphop.com. OTPHop is operated by Edo Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADA-3968), based in Hyderabad, India. Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., United States) is the merchant of record for every sale.

1. Try before you buy

Every phone gets a 7-day free trial of the full app. You can test OTPHop with your own phone, your own browsers and your own sites before you pay.

2. All sales are final

After the 7-day trial, sales are final. We do not give refunds for a license, except where the law requires one.

3. If you were charged in error

If you were charged twice, or the payment does not match the price you saw, write to support@otphop.com. You can also contact Gumroad, which processed the payment, under the Gumroad Terms of Service.

4. Your rights under the law

This policy does not limit the rights that the law of your country gives you. If the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honor it.

5. What a refund does

When a payment is refunded, the license key stops working.

6. No subscription

A license is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel and there are no renewals.
